The Flexi-time Learning format is the only one of its kind in Southern Africa Montessori circles and is a unique form of education where there is the same face-to-face contact as for full-time courses but through scheduled seminars, workshops and experiential sessions which are required for diplomas and offers the student the freedom and time to acquire quality Montessori teacher training and diplomas that they might otherwise be unable to receive.
Seminars and workshops are regularly held throughout Namibia and Southern Africa and are organised when and where it is convenient for the majority of students to attend. It is assumed that the student will attend the required seminars and workshops and the travelling, time and cost of accommodation will be considered by the student prior to applying to the College.
Students choosing the Flexi-time Learning option can register from 1st October and begin in the following year January. The student can study at a time that is suitable to them away from the traditional urban Colleges. Assignments have to be submitted at specified times during the year.
